Schools around the nation are closing due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

JuniorCoach Golf Association is, at its core, an organization meant to bring education to more youth in our local communities. This education originally meant an informal education of teaching life skills like resilience, teamwork, and determination through golf, but this definition is changing by the moment. With the COVID-19 pandemic, JCGA is cancelling all golf lessons to preserve the health and safety of our students and our JuniorCoaches. However, we don't want to stop our mission of expanding education to more kids in the nation. Right now, schools across the nation have closed to stop the spread of this disease, and many kids are left without any resources or guidance when it comes to their academics and schoolwork. So now, JCGA's definition of education now is going to encompass academic success and formal education in an attempt to help as much kids as possible.

The high school volunteers of JCGA will be proud to host free tutoring sessions for kids ages 6-17 across the nation. Our volunteers are extremely academically qualified and have maintained excellent grades and GPAs throughout their middle school and high school careers, including having taken many AP and honors classes. These sessions will be held entirely online so that each student and tutor is safe and following the current shelter-in-place rules that are held in many areas, including California.

If you are a high school student interested in being a JuniorCoach tutor and helping kids get their education, please head to the "Tutor Application" under "Get Involved." If you follow all the steps, please expect an email from us in a few business days.

If you are a student who could be benefitted from our tutor program, please send a "Student Waiver Form" under our "Forms" page to our email, info@juniorcoachgolf.org.

Thank you. We hope that you and your family are safe and healthy.
